Our consultancy, through bespoke training, workshops, exchanges, and study tours, aims to support the strengthening of institutions and democratic governance.
By utilizing the extensive experience of our consultants, we aim to share best practices, support the review and develop governance practices, and reform existing ones at the national, state, and district levels.
Our consultancy work is enriched by a combined 50 years of experience by our consultants both in government and within international institutions in Somalia and the Horn of Africa.
