OUR TEAM

Our team brings over 50 years of collective experience working in Somalia in senior roles within government and international institutions, ranging from democratization, governance, institutional strengthening, security sector reform, and stabilization.

Somaccord experts have played an active role in Somali peace talks, implemented security sector reform, and organized international missions and training. Somaccord seeks to enhance the capacity of local Somali communities to offer Somali solutions to Somali problems, be it security, political representation, governance, or humanitarian crisis.
